Job Description
Lead a high-impact technical deployment team at the forefront of building agentic solutions and enterprise AI applications. This is a hands-on, front-line engineering management role focused on architecting, scaling, and deploying cutting-edge foundation models and automated agentic frameworks into complex, secure client environments (including finance, healthcare, and enterprise tech).
Responsibilities include scaling agent deployment processes across multiple client stacks, driving customer success from initial technical implementation through production rollout, and collaborating closely with product and research groups to maintain excellence in LLM integrations. Requires 8+ years of software engineering background, 2+ years of technical team management in high-growth environments, and hands-on experience building/deploying enterprise-scale software with a strong focus on agentic applications.
